Dr. Imoigele Aisiku | Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Aisiku is the founder of iDoc Telehealth Solutions – a telemedicine company with a focus in critical care, neuro-critical care, and tele-stroke. He is a co-founder of TiTAN EHR, an accompanying electronic medical records solution. Dr. Aisiku has been practicing in the field of telemedicine for over 15 years and has consulted on telemedicine development nationally and internationally.
Dr. Aisiku is board certified in Emergency Medicine, IMcritical care, and Neurocritical care. He did his medical school training at the University of Massachusetts and his emergency medicine and critical care training at Emory University. His neurocritical care training was at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Aisiku has a diverse educational, training and practice career that includes 2 master’s degrees in business and clinical research from Emory University and a commission as Colonel in the National Guard.
He currently is the Chief of Division of Emergency Critical Care and the IM-EM/CCM fellowship at Harvard University / Brigham and Women’s Hospital Department of Emergency Medicine.
Jered Wieland | Chief Operating Officer
Jered Wieland has a BBA in Marketing and Professional Golf Management. For several years he served as both Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Business Development for Billy Casper Golf. During his tenure, he was quite successful at managing operations for the Midwest territory and significantly grew the company’s size and revenue. With a desire to explore new industries, Jered joined iDoc in 2020 bringing his wealth of experience in management and business development. Jered is happily married to Darlene and has two sons. Now that he is no longer working directly in the golf industry, he is actually able to get out and play!
Dr. Thinh Q. Vo | Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Vo is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Vo completed his undergraduate education at Texas A&M where he earned a BS in biochemistry. He received his MD at UT Houston Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine residency at UT Southwestern. He then completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UT Health Science Center San Antonio before starting his own practice and subsequently joining iDoc.
Justin Smith | Chief Information/Technology Officer
Justin Smith is the Chief Information & Technology Officer for iDoc Telehealth Solutions. He has over 27 years of experience in developing technical solutions for challenging problems in a diverse array of industries such as healthcare, investment management and software. During his extensive career, he has held many roles including software engineer, project architect, and company founder.
Justin has helped some of the most prestigious healthcare centers in the world develop cutting edge technical solutions.
At iDoc Telehealth Solutions, he is responsible for ensuring the company’s systems and software enable providers to deliver the highest quality healthcare.
He graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
When not consumed with technology, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, visiting with friends and playing flamenco guitar.
Nazila Shagagi | Director of Quality and Director of APP program
Nazila Shagagi is a NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant, with a background in Respiratory Therapy. She has ten years of experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular and Medical Intensive Care Units at Texas Children’s Hospital.
Nazila graduated with an MHS Physician Assistant degree from Duke University in 2005. She then joined the Neurocritical Care Department at University of Texas where she continued for nine years as a core member of the team. While there, she educated many Physician Assistants in the management of critical care patients and on the competencies of completing numerous procedures.
Jerry Leonard | Chief Financial Officer
As executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), Jerry Leonard is responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. His career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining iDoc Telehealth Solutions in 2021, Jerry served as vice president of finance at Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial. Before joining Voya, Jerry held financial leadership positions at IBM, and Colgate Palmolive. He started his career in Public Accounting at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jerry is a CPA and holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from Emory University, Goizueta School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Baruch College.
When not consumed with finance, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, learning to play the piano, serving at his church, and playing soccer.
Dr. Raghu Seethala | Director of Quality and Patient Safety
Dr. Seethala is the Director of Quality and Patient Safety at iDoc. In addition, Dr. Seethala is an emergency physician and intensivist practicing at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as the Associate Director of Trauma and is also an instructor in Emergency Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
During his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, he developed an interest in resuscitation and critical care, which then led to a fellowship in Resuscitation Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the site investigator for a multi-center post-cardiac arrest trial sponsored by the American Heart Association and is also the site investigator for two acute influenza studies sponsored by the National Institute of Health (NIH).
Andrew Waisbrot | Vice President Business Development
Andrew Waisbrot is a Registered Nurse with a background in neurosciences and is a board-certified Stroke Certified Registered Nurse. Andrew Graduated with a BSN nursing degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 and also completed his MSN Nursing Degree from Nova Southeastern University in executive leadership in 2019. He joined the Miami Neuroscience Institute at Baptist Hospital where he was an instrumental part of the program development throughout his nine years. While there, he helped lead the hospital in an array of leadership positions to become a Comprehensive Stroke Center.
James Capozzi | Vice President of Sales
James Capozzi has a Bachelor of Arts, Business Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. For several years, he has served as the Senior Sales & Business Development Director for Seven Corners, Inc. managing their Government Solutions Division as well as their Digital Sales team. In his time managing Comprehensive Medical Services Contracts, his Division increased profit by 30% over a 4-year timespan. In addition to his 10+ years of Correctional Healthcare experience, James has experience in Healthcare Provider Relations and Recruitment. James is married to Lauren and they have three boys, Myles, Baxter, and Sebastian.
Jasmine Major | Director of Virtual Scribe Services
Jasmine’s passion for medicine and patient care drive her dedication to enhance patient satisfaction while preventing physician burnout. She helps standardize the on-boarding process for iDoc virtual scribes including creating templates for notes that accurately document patient information and efficiently allow virtual scribes to track lab and X-ray results, record patient consultations, and communicate effectively with administrative staff.
Jasmine has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Richmond and a Master’s from Mississippi College and Georgetown University School of Medicine. She is an expert in Virtual Learning, having over 10 years of experience building client rapport and teaching multiple levels of math, science and foreign languages. She is excited to enable the future of health by combining virtual platforms and novel collaboration models as she continues professional development in the growing field of medical artificial intelligence.
Dr. Peter Hou | Special Consultant in Research and Education
Dr. Hou is an Instructor in Emergency Medicine, Harvard Medical School and an associate physician in the Section of Emergency Medicine Critical Care (EMCC), Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He is dual boarded in Emergency Medicine and Anesthesia critical care medicine and practices clinically in both the emergency department and surgical intensive care unit.
He participated as site principal investigator (PI) for the NIH-sponsored “Protocolized Care for Early Septic Shock” trial, with the results published in The New England Journal of Medicine in 2014. He recently founded the Brigham Critical Care Research Collaborative (BCCRC) with the medical ICU and EMCC section.
